Process Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with equipment validation, qualification, and requalification
• Strong experience executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and equipment characterization studies
• Experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical packaging operations
• Hands-on troubleshooting and optimization of automated packaging equipment
• Knowledge of cGMP, validation principles, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards
• Experience with packaging systems such as labeling, serialization, conveyors, case packing, palletizers, and vision inspection systems
• Experience with equipment performance improvement, root cause investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working directly on the manufacturing floor
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; related engineering degrees will also be considered.
• Currently working and based in the USA
