Procurement Officer

Spark Innovative Technologies is looking for an organized and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team in Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or supplier coordination is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities
• Canvass and source suppliers for goods and services (request quotations, compare prices and terms).
• Prepare purchase requests and process procurement of approved items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor production, shipment and delivery schedules.
• Receive, inspect and confirm deliveries.
• Process payments to suppliers and maintain records.
• Track project timelines and ensure all items are delivered on time to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and keep procurement documents organized.

Qualifications
• At least high school graduate (college graduate are welcome to apply).
• With or without work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on-site in Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
