Key Responsibilities Assist in procuring goods and services by negotiating with suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and relevant data to support informed purchasing decisions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to assess purchasing needs and deliver tailored solutions. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and monitor shipment schedules. Review and analyze purchasing requests for compliance with company policies and budget limits. Generate purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders to reduce delays. Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and their offerings. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills for supplier and team interactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
