Procurement Supervisor

Execute the procurement process for materials, components, and services required by operational and administrative areas, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines, product quality requirements, and cost objectives established by the organization.
The Procurement Supervisor maintains continuous communication with domestic and international suppliers, supports purchase order management within the ERP system, and collaborates with Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure uninterrupted plant supply and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships and sourcing activities with domestic and international vendors.Execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.Own the procurement process from supplier selection through purchase order execution and delivery.Support negotiations related to pricing, lead times, and Incoterms.Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, and cost issues.Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 requirements.Maintain accurate procurement documentation and audit-ready records.Partner with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to support business needs.
Knowledge, Ability & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.Experience working in a multinational or global business environment.Exposure to international procurement and global supply chain practices.Knowledge of domestic and international purchasing processes.Familiarity with Incoterms and supplier negotiations.Experience with ERP systems.Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).Negotiation and communication skills.Strong organization and follow-through.Problem-solving and decision-making ability.Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
