Ian Darcy Careers is hiring a Product Admin Officer.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 25–37 years old.
• At least a high school graduate; college-level education or graduation is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, and administrative work.
• Knowledge of order processing and logistics management, and basic office and administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to manage inventory records, sales reports, store documents, and other administrative files.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail/store environment and coordinate with store personnel and management.
