Product Designer (UI/UX)

You will have a direct and immediate impact on the look, feel, and logic of our mobile and desktop applications. This is a role for a designer who is obsessed with efficiency and quality. What You Will Do Own the Design Process: Take full ownership of the end-to-end design lifecycle in Figma—from initial wireframes and user flows to pixel-perfect, high-fidelity prototypes for both web and mobile. Leverage AI for Efficiency: Utilize modern AI design tools to automate routine tasks, generate assets, and rapidly iterate on concepts, dramatically increasing your productivity and creative output. Build a Logical System: Design and maintain a comprehensive and logical design system that ensures a cohesive, intuitive, and premium user experience across the entire CazVid platform. Ship What Matters: Collaborate directly with product and engineering leaders to translate requirements into tangible designs that get built and used by thousands of people. Who You Are Proven by Your Work: You have an outstanding portfolio that clearly demonstrates your expertise in creating beautiful and functional UI/UX for both web and mobile applications. A degree is not required; your portfolio and skills are what matter. An Expert Communicator: You have flawless written and spoken English communication skills. A Master of Your Craft: You possess deep expertise in Figma and a strong, practical understanding of how to use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, diagramming tools, etc.) to enhance your design workflow. Autonomous & Accountable: You thrive in a role with high autonomy, take initiative, and are fully accountable for your project outcomes.
