Job description
Snapx.ai is seeking a senior individual contributor for a contract Product Manager role in Nashville, Tennessee. The Product Manager will guide an empowered, cross-functional team in solving moderately complex customer problems that support high-value business needs.
About the role
You will be accountable for product success from vision through execution, ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. Working closely with customers, stakeholders, and partner functions, you will shape product direction and help the team deliver the right outcomes at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Set product vision and guide execution across enterprise and AI applications.
- Lead and align empowered, cross-functional product teams around customer problems and business priorities.
- Balance customer value, business viability, usability, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to communicate product goals and decisions.
- Apply lean product management methods, tools, and practices to deliver effective solutions.
- Take accountability for product outcomes, including value, viability, and applicable P&L objectives.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in lean product management or related roles.
- At least 3 years of enterprise-scale experience spanning multiple business areas.
- Experience as a Product Manager for enterprise applications and AI applications.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or a related advanced degree.
- Significant experience in modern product craft and lean product management practices, with a record of delivering the right product in the right way at the right time.
- Demonstrated accountability for product and empowered-team value, viability, and P&L objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and influence across organizational levels through inclusive leadership.
- A customer-centric approach to product decisions and delivery.
