Job description
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven organization.
- Direct experience with customer loyalty, rewards, membership, or retention programs.
- Strong eCommerce or digital customer experience background.
- Understanding of loyalty programs, including rewards, points, tiers, incentives, and redemption.
- Experience gathering business requirements and creating user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product backlog management.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with development and engineering teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using customer insights to guide product decisions.
- Candidates must be based in San Francisco, CA, or be willing to relocate.
Schedule
- Hybrid – Onsite Monday–Thursday, WFH Friday (No exceptions)
- Onsite attendance Monday–Thursday is mandatory, with no exceptions.
- 2–3 Virtual Rounds
