Job description
Tasks
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and launch plans
- Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Translate regulatory requirements into AI-powered compliance workflows
- Lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, and product development
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize product backlogs
- Optimize MLR/PRC review workflows, including Veeva PromoMats
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in pharmaceutical compliance
Requirements
- Product Management experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences industry experience
- Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC review processes
- Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders
- Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault, or similar promotional review platforms
- Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: AI/ML, automation, or intelligent compliance solutions
- Preferred: Veeva AI or related compliance technology exposure
- Preferred: Modular Content & Claims Management
- Preferred: Knowledge of global regulatory standards, including EFPIA, ABPI, and EU markets
- Preferred: Experience with AI-powered enterprise SaaS product development
