About the role
Heartland Dental is seeking a Product Manager to join its IT Technology Transformation Team in Effingham, IL. You will be a valued member of the Practice Management Software Team, partnering with stakeholders to identify software needs and opportunities for dental practices. The role includes defining use cases, prioritizing stakeholder requests, designing product roadmaps, communicating them to internal stakeholders, and providing subject matter expertise for a product specialty.

Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation pilots, including planning, testing, and user communication.
- Provide Level III support and liaise with vendor partners to escalate and resolve issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise for software solutions and issue resolution.
- Communicate project progress clearly and consistently to Heartland departments and field teams.
- Define and document configuration templates for new solutions with other Heartland stakeholders.
- Lead and manage non-standard software requests.
- Assist with project-related tasks and initiatives.
- Accept ownership and keep commitments.
