Role Description The Product Manager role at Jade Global is a full-time remote position responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology products and solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to define product requirements and prioritize features that deliver measurable business value. This role involves conducting market and competitive research, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and translating insights into clear product specifications and user stories. The Product Manager oversees the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, monitors performance metrics, and ensures alignment with Jade Global’s AI-first vision and partner ecosystem. The role also requires clear communication of product updates to stakeholders and effective coordination of go-to-market activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy: Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the ServiceNow IRM platform.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into Agile epics and user stories.Implementation Leadership: Lead the rollout and enhancement of IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, BCM, Operational Resilience, Controls Testing).Technical Integration: Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of IRM with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, and third-party applications.Agile Delivery: Prioritize the product backlog, manage releases, and drive governance, training, and change management.Performance Tracking: Define KPIs to measure adoption, operational effectiveness, and support for regulatory/audit compliance.QualificationsExperience: 7+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, with 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of GRC principles, enterprise security, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR).Methodology: Proven experience in Agile/Scrum product management (Jira, Azure DevOps).Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CIS-IRM, CSA; CSPO/POPM; ITIL; Risk certifications (CRISC, CISA, CISSP).Preferred Tech Skills: Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Success MetricsOn-time delivery of the IRM product roadmap and platform enhancements.Increased user adoption, satisfaction, and governance compliance.Improved risk visibility and streamlined compliance reporting.Reduced audit findings and faster remediation cycles.
