About the role

ADP is hiring a Product Marketing Executive: Global Solutions to define how its Global Solutions portfolio appears in the market. The role shapes narratives, positioning, demonstrations, and go-to-market strategies for ADP Global Payroll, Workforce Management, ADP Lyric HCM, and Employer Services International.

Reporting to ADP’s Vice President of Product Marketing, this executive will lead a team of product marketing professionals and partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and business leaders. The role focuses on translating product strategy into market narratives, commercial activation, and differentiated customer experiences, while building scalable capabilities and a consistent commercialization model across a complex global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define product marketing vision and strategy for ADP's Global Solutions portfolio.
• Establish market positioning, commercialization strategy, and customer value propositions that differentiate ADP, resonate with buyers, and accelerate business growth.
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of product marketing leaders, fostering collaboration.
• Develop compelling, customer-centric experiences, demonstrations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strengthen partnerships across Product, Sales, and Marketing and influence product strategy and commercial success.
