Product Marketing Senior Director

About the role

ADP is hiring a Product Marketing Executive: Global Solutions to define how its Global Solutions portfolio shows up in the market. The role shapes product narratives, positioning, demonstrations and go-to-market strategies for ADP Global Payroll, Workforce Management, ADP Lyric HCM and Employer Services International. Reporting to ADP’s Vice President of Product Marketing, this leader will translate product strategy into market narratives, commercial activation and differentiated customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the product marketing vision and strategy for ADP's Global Solutions portfolio, including market positioning, commercialization strategy and customer value propositions.
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team of product marketing leaders.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and business leaders to influence product strategy and accelerate commercial success.
• Build scalable capabilities, strengthen partnerships across Product, Sales and Marketing, and establish an operating model for consistent commercialization across a complex global portfolio.
• Create customer-centric experiences, demonstrations and go-to-market strategies.
