Requirements
- Product Backlog Management & Prioritization – Backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done, and cross-team dependency management.
- Agile, Scrum & SAFe Delivery – Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, Kanban, SAFe practices, and enterprise Agile delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Stakeholder management, requirements workshops, expectation management, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Product Roadmap & Requirements Management – Roadmap development, business requirement analysis, product lifecycle management, value-driven prioritization, and feature documentation.
- Azure DevOps (ADO) & Data-Driven Delivery – Backlog and sprint tracking, delivery metrics, KPI reporting, performance analysis, quality validation, and continuous improvement.
