ROLE_DESCRIPTION-
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Ontology to lead enterprise semantic modeling across mortgage origination, servicing, data, and AI platforms. The ideal candidate will drive ontology product strategy and develop governed, reusable domain models to support enterprise applications, analytics, knowledge graphs, and AI agent workflows.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, release planning, and adoption strategy.
Define enterprise domain models, entity relationships, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and semantic standards.
Establish ontology governance, versioning, change control, lineage, and quality metrics.
Collaborate with business SMEs, data engineering, architecture, risk, and compliance teams.
Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and validation tests.
Enable semantic grounding for knowledge graphs, LLMs, analytics, and AI agents while ensuring governance and auditability.
🔹 Required Skills:
5+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or Data Product Ownership experience.
Strong understanding of ontology, semantic modeling, and knowledge representation.
Experience with RDF, OWL, SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL, Neo4j/Cypher, or comparable technologies.
Working knowledge of SQL, source-data profiling, data mapping, and model validation.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with AI Agents, Knowledge Graphs, and enterprise data models is highly relevant.
🔹 Preferred:
Mortgage origination and servicing domain experience.
