Production Floor Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a Production / Floor Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our ricemill.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain zero idle downtime through effective personnel and production scheduling
-Check worker attendance and line discipline
-Observe and report workers' performance
-Ensure proper raw material logging and reporting
-Monitor daily output and report deviations from plan
Key Requirement:
-Previous experience managing floor labor in a manufacturing or agricultural processing plant
-Critical thinking
-Attention to details
Technical Bonus:
Basic familiarity with mechanical systems and machinery
