Production Foreman - Fabrication in Pennsauken, NJ

Join a leading manufacturer of metal enclosures, racks, cabinets & accessories as a Production Foreman in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey. We seek a mature, responsible individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in metal fabricating processes to lead our production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise all shift employees, managing daily activities to meet schedule requirements.
• Train and motivate workers to achieve production goals.
• Interpret and enforce company policies including work rules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with interrelated departments to resolve design and production issues.
• Recommend improvements to production processes and workflows.
• Conduct interviews and actively participate in the hiring process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication.
• Broad knowledge of shear, CNC punch press, CNC press brakes, MIG/TIG welding.
• Experience with wet spray and powder coating systems, including pre-paint cleaning processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
