About the role

Join PESO Lapu-Lapu City as a Production Material Planner and help manage the global flow of service materials to keep customer delivery targets on track.

Responsibilities

  • Manage worldwide service-material flow.
  • Review spares requirements, Last Time Buys, budgets, and purchases.
  • Drive demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and SLA alignment.
  • Align repair capacity and schedules.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA), customer updates, cross-functional work, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of Material Planning experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and power tools such as Power BI and Query.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
  • High sense of urgency, strong communication, teamwork, and global collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.
