About the role
Help manage the global flow of service materials and keep customer delivery targets on track.
Responsibilities
- Manage worldwide service-material flow.
- Review spares requirements, Last Time Buys, budgets, and purchases.
- Drive demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and SLA alignment.
- Align repair capacity and schedules.
- Lead RCA, customer updates, cross-functional work, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Material Planning is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power tools such as Power BI and Query.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
- High sense of urgency, strong communication, teamwork, and global collaboration.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.
