Job description
Tasks
- Supervise daily bangus processing activities such as cleaning, deboning, washing, packaging and labeling.
- Monitor cold storage temperature and storage conditions regularly
- Prevent spoilage, contamination, and product damage inside the storage facility
- Implement sanitation and food safety procedures based on GMP, HACCP and SSOP standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of Fisheries, Food Technology or any related course.
- Experience working in Cold Storage Warehouses
- Knowledge and experience in bangus processing.
- Familiar with food safety standards.
- Training on Bangus Processing and Deboning
- Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
