Production Operator

REQUIREMENT(S):
• High School Graduate or any vocational course
• With at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing company
• Preferably with experience in electronics or PCBA assembly
• Strong familiarity in SMT process is required

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processes or assembles PCBA products according to the diagram and/or work procedure or instructions given per station
• Inspects/checks if the components and/or materials used, and assembled parts are according to the work instruction specification before passing to next operator or station to ensure quality
• Always use the recommended PPE while doing their job to avoid injuries and follow safety controls
• Records, checks and maintains all traceability requirements of PCBA assembly
• Inform/reports to immediate supervisor on issues and concerns encountered in assembly process
• Actively participate in all company and/or production productivity/quality improvement program
• Maintains proper housekeeping, safe and free from work hazard at working area during and after the end of operation/shift
• Performs duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
