Production Operator

Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure assembly is executed correctly. Perform troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to maintain operational flow. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to meet specifications and standards. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols to provide a safe working environment. Maintain accurate production logs and reports, contributing to ongoing process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proven experience in assembly and manufacturing environments. Strong skills in blueprint reading and technical interpretation. Experience in troubleshooting and quality control processes is preferred. Effective teamwork and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of safety compliance in a manufacturing context. Relevant industry-standard certifications are a plus.
