.Core area
Analyze weekly demand variations, firm orders, and forecast trends across all customers to support the preparation of the weekly SIOP review presented to senior management, ensuring alignment with business metrics and customer expectations.Ensure forecast updates and demand adjustments are properly managed in the ERP system while respecting customer frozen periods and preventing duplicate information.Supervise demand management processes and coordinate with CSR teams to confirm customer delivery commitments (VCD) based on established lead times.Manage raw material shortages by coordinating with APU and Purchasing teams to ensure timely support and fulfillment of customer orders. Perform demand balancing and capacity analysis, including workforce planning based on plant capacity and operational requirements. Monitor daily production plan adherence, shortages, and productivity performance, escalating risks that may impact sales targets or customer delivery requirements.Develop weekly production plans aligned with system demand and material availability, ensuring proper release of work orders to production.Ensure compliance with customer inventory and storage agreements such as VMI, Safety Stock, Kanban, RM Stock, and other contractual requirements.Identify and mitigate operational risks through demand analysis, forecasting strategies, and collaboration on new technologies or methodologies to prevent process disruptions.Monitor daily system maintenance and data integrity, identifying and resolving issues that could impact production planning or customer order fulfillment.Experience and QualificationBachelor’s Degree preferredBilingual (English/Spanish).Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Experience using ERP systems such as Epicor and BPCS (AS400).Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within manufacturing, demand planning, supply chain, or customer service environments.
