Production Planner II

The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in materials management and production planning through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles. This role drives production scheduling, materials availability, and inventory control to meet customer demand while maintaining alignment with international standards and internal performance metrics.

About Your Job

Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitmentsAnalyze inventory levels and raw material availability to ensure continuity of productionCoordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely arrival of critical materialsMonitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when deviations ariseAdjust production plans based on demand changes or production issuesCollaborate with MRB teams to resolve production line issuesTrack and maintain key metrics such as safety stock, fill rate, past due orders, and revenueIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and control processes

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field1–3 years of experience in production planning or related areasExperience with ERP/MRP systemsAdvanced Excel skillsAdvanced English proficiencyStrong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skillsAbility to negotiate and collaborate with multiple departments
