Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, typically 3-5 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges. Proficiency in production planning and inventory management tools. Relevant certifications in manufacturing or production management are a plus.
