Job description
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience supporting business-critical applications in production
- Java & Spring Boot – Must Have
- REST API support & troubleshooting – Must Have
- Kafka – Must Have
- Oracle and/or MongoDB – Must Have
- SQL & database troubleshooting
- Microservices
- Splunk
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Production Support Leadership
- Ability to lead major incidents and mentor team members
- SWIFT experience
- Preferred: ServiceNow
- Preferred: OpenShift / Kubernetes
- Preferred: Cloud exposure
- Preferred: AI / Agent Platform understanding
- Preferred: Banking domain experience
- Open to strong Java/Spring Boot Developers who are interested in transitioning into or expanding their Production Support responsibilities.
