Job description

Are you passionate about broadcast technology, live production, and helping customers succeed? We're looking for a Production Technologist to join one of our clients and serve as the technical bridge between their platform and some of the world's leading broadcasters. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise, customer-facing communication, and problem-solving to support newsroom and live production environments, helping clients successfully implement and maximize the value of an innovative broadcast solution.
This is a fully remote position based in LATAM that requires frequent travel to customer sites in the United States to support implementations, training, and live production environments.
What You'll Do:Design technical solutions by analyzing customer workflows and translating business needs into scalable implementation plans.Lead technical product demonstrations and support customers throughout the pre-sales process by answering technical questions and assisting with RFPs and RFIs.Provide hands-on technical support during software implementations, installations, and go-live events, troubleshooting issues in fast-paced production environments.Support customers using newsroom and broadcast technologies, including newsroom computer systems, rundown automation, and broadcast IP workflows.Own the customer onboarding process from implementation through successful deployment, coordinating with internal teams to resolve blockers and ensure project success.Deliver training sessions for editorial, production, and engineering teams, empowering users to confidently utilize the platform.Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, technical guidance, and follow-up, while capturing customer feedback to help Product and Engineering continuously improve the platform.
What We're Looking For:Language: Fluency in English (C1 level minimum).Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including frequent travel to the United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to travel to the U.S.Experience: Experience in broadcast technology, newsroom operations, live production, broadcast engineering, or a related technical field, including familiarity with newsroom workflows and systems such as iNews or ENPS.Technical Skills: Knowledge of broadcast workflows, control room infrastructure, automation systems, and IP-based broadcast technologies. Experience with tools such as SMPTE-2110, EVS, vMix, Singular, or AMPP is highly preferred.Customer Focus: Experience working directly with customers in implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical support, or training roles.Work Style: Self-driven, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple customer projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
