Production Worker Floater

Seeking a reliable Production Worker – Floater to operate machinery and assist with production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Bend, shovel, and perform physical production tasks.
Use small hand tools, including grinders.
Follow safety and production procedures.
Maintain a clean work area and assist with other production duties.

Shift starts at 3:00, 4:00, or 5:00 PM, depending on 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.
Hours may increase or decrease based on workload and deadlines.
Some Saturdays and overtime may be required.
Training provided on day shift.
