Job description
Help manage the global flow of service materials and keep customer delivery targets on track.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage worldwide service-material flow
- Review spares requirements, Last Time Buys, budgets, and purchases
- Drive demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and SLA alignment
- Align repair capacity and schedules
- Lead RCA, customer updates, cross-functional work, and continuous improvement
WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field preferred
- 4-5 years of Material Planning experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power tools such as Power BI and Query
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot
- High sense of urgency, strong communication, teamwork, and global collaboration
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed
