Job description
Transport Distribution Company is hiring professional over-the-road (OTR) company drivers in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. Join a regional OTR fleet hauling general freight in 100% dry van equipment, with weekend home time.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: 57 cents per mile for drivers with 3 or more years of experience
- Pay increases every 100,000 miles or every 10 months, whichever comes first
- $250 orientation pay
- Six paid holidays after 90 days, at $150 per day
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days
- Five vacation days after one year, with one additional day per year up to 10 days annually
- Fuel and safety bonuses
- $1,000 driver recruitment bonus paid over 90 days
Equipment and Fleet Details
- Regional OTR fleet hauling 100% dry van general freight
- Automatic Freightliner Cascadia trucks
- Inward- and outward-facing cameras
- Trucks governed at 65 mph on the pedal and 68 mph on cruise control
