Job description
Tasks
- Role will be recruiting for permanent engineering roles - Java developers, architects, data engineers
- Need to be proactive with sourcing
- Will have interaction with managers and provide updates
- Schedule interviews
- Will manage process from start to offer
- Will look at candidates in Pittsburg, PA or NY
- Manage multiple open roles (20+)
Requirements
- Must have technical recruiting background
- AI tools - nice to have
- Prefers someone with corporate backgrounds, but will consider someone with both corp and agency
- 3-5 years of experience
- Financial services - nice to have
- Does not want candidates from small organizations.
