We are seeking a talented Professional YouTube Script Writer to join our dynamic team in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality scripts for various YouTube videos, ensuring they align with brand messaging and audience interests. Conduct thorough research on topics relevant to our channel’s focus to produce informative and entertaining content. Collaborate with the production team to understand creative direction and video objectives. Revise and edit scripts based on feedback from the content team and performance metrics. Stay updated on YouTube trends and audience preferences to continuously improve script quality. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and themes for upcoming video projects. Track and analyze viewer engagement metrics to refine content strategy and script effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Film, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in scriptwriting or a similar role, preferably for digital platforms. Strong creative and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent research and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Final Draft, Celtx, or other scriptwriting applications. Familiarity with YouTube SEO and audience engagement strategies is a plus. This role is an integral part of our creative team where you will report directly to the Content Manager and collaborate closely with video producers, editors, and marketing personnel.
