Professional YouTube Script Writer – Bogotá, Colombia

Ladhi is hiring a full-time Professional YouTube Script Writer in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is remote-eligible and offers the opportunity to shape engaging narratives for the company’s YouTube channel, strengthen audience engagement, and support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, well-researched scripts for varied YouTube video formats, aligned with content strategy and brand voice.
• Partner with producers and editors to refine scripts and incorporate visual storytelling.
• Research trending topics and audience interests to keep content relevant.
• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
• Edit and revise scripts in response to feedback, improving clarity, pacing, and viewer engagement.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Review audience feedback and performance metrics to improve script quality and viewer retention.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, or a related field.
• Creative storytelling ability and a portfolio of engaging scripts.
• Strong research skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Two to four years of experience in scriptwriting or content creation, preferably in digital media.
• Experience with video editing software is a plus.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Pay: 55000 per year. This full-time position is remote-eligible and based in Bogotá, Bogota D.C., Colombia.
