About the role
Acaymission is seeking a Program Coordinator to ensure effective supervision of ACAY’s program operations. The role works across Program, Finance, Admin, and Partnership to monitor implementation, team development, and the long-term sustainability of programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Program Managers to support effective, aligned, quality program implementation and lead the Disaster Management Committee.
- Collaborate with Finance on proper and transparent management of program funds and resources.
- Work with Administration to support the development, well-being, and retention of program teams.
- Prepare program reports and support project proposals and partner relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in program coordination.
- Strong management, organizational, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and risk management.
