Program Coordinator

To ensures the effective supervision of ACAY’s Program Operations. The role will work collaboratively across the organization’s key areas - Program, Finance, Admin, and Partnership - to monitor implementation, team development, and the long-term sustainability of programs.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Program Managers to ensure effective, aligned, and quality program implementation and lead the Disaster Management Committee.
- Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure proper and transparent management of program funds and resources.
- Work with Administration to support the development, well-being, and retention of program teams.
- Prepare program reports and supports project proposals and partner relationship management.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Education, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in program coordination.
- Strongmanagers, organizationaI, leadership communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and risk management.
