About the role
Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives for a major Retail organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Program Management experience
- 8+ years leading SAP programs and portfolios
- Strong PMO leadership background
- End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Mandatory Retail industry experience
- Expertise in governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators
- Preferred: PMP / PgMP / PMI certifications
- SAP Certifications
- Experience working with global teams
