Program Manager

Tasks

• Provide end-to-end program oversight on behalf of the Director (Architecture, Digital Governance, Digital Public Health).
• Lead program delivery, roadmap alignment, risk/issue management, and cross-functional coordination across business, analytics, privacy, security, and vendor teams.
• Drive multi-stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and alignment across Public Health Ontario and Ministry frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in program/project management.
• Strong understanding of public health programs & Canadian health data standards.
• Proficient in project management tools/frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMI).
• PMP or PgMP certification is an asset.
• Risk management, budgeting, cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and policy navigation.
• Strong written & oral communication skills for leading meetings, drafting system documentation, and presenting technical findings.
• Proven ability to explain technical advantages/disadvantages to varied audiences.
• Hands-on experience conducting knowledge transfer sessions & building documentation for end-to-end data/analytics products.
