Tasks

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple interconnected IT projects
• Manage dependencies, critical paths, resources, and program delivery
• Drive technology initiatives across insurance workflows including: Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims Processing, Reinsurance, Actuarial Data Feeds
• Ensure IT rollouts meet regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements
• Partner with C-level executives, business leaders, and third-party vendors
• Work with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or custom core systems
• Manage program-level budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and project roadblocks
• Develop and execute contingency and mitigation plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• Hands-on experience in the Insurance sector – Life, P&C, or Health
• Experience with core insurance systems and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile & Waterfall SDLC
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar tools
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred
