Job description
Tasks
- Support project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
- Coordinate project workstreams, track risks and dependencies, prepare status reports, and communicate with stakeholders in Agile or hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments.
Requirements
- Project Management / PMO Support
- Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid Project Delivery
- Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Project Governance, RAID Logs, and Status Reporting
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Strong Documentation and Organizational Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, PMO support, consulting, or project delivery
- CAPM, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster certification is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
