Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with strong Insurance Domain expertise to lead complex IT programs and drive digital transformation initiatives within the insurance industry.

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple interconnected IT projects
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, resources, budgets, and risks
• Drive technology initiatives across underwriting, policy administration, claims processing, reinsurance, and actuarial data
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security standards
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business teams, and third-party vendors
• Oversee program financials, forecasting, and issue resolution

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• Hands-on experience in the Insurance Industry (Life, P&C, or Health Insurance)
• Knowledge of core insurance systems and digital transformation initiatives
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies - Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other core insurance platforms is a plus
