At Bribethia Gestión Corporativa, we're recruiting for an international company specializing in premium retail displays, fixtures, and point-of-sale solutions.
Our client delivers innovative retail solutions for premium consumer technology brands, combining international expertise with demanding service standards.
🎯 THE CHALLENGE
Lead a nationwide rollout involving:
✅ 380 premium retail fixtures
✅ 240 stores across 5 regions in Mexico
✅ End-to-end logistics, installation, tracking, and closure
This is a hands-on operational leadership role, not just traditional Project Management.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate multisite rollouts, carriers, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Manage deliveries, installation schedules, and incidents.
• Build master schedules, Excel trackers, and dashboards.
• Monitor shipments, delays, ETAs, and installation progress.
• Ensure installation evidence, quality control, and site certification.
• Communicate with international stakeholders.
🔴 MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
✔ Multisite Rollouts: At least one rollout involving 50+ locations, with direct scheduling or tracking responsibility.
✔ Logistics: Distribution, transportation coordination, carrier management, and delivery tracking.
✔ Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Data Validation, Structured Tables, and trackers. Power Query preferred.
✔ Advanced English: Strong written and spoken communication.
✔ Experience: 4+ years in logistics, distribution, project management, implementation, or operations.
✔ Leadership: Planning, stakeholder coordination, customer service, and incident resolution.
