Program Manager for Air Force Projects

We are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager for Air Force Projects to join our dynamic team in Spofford, TX. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of Air Force projects, ensuring execution aligns with project goals and regulatory standards. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, develop project plans, and monitor progress. Oversee architectural and engineering design processes, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. Prepare detailed cost estimation and budget management to maintain financial accountability. Create and maintain Gantt charts to effectively communicate project timelines and milestones to team members. Facilitate team leadership and maintain a collaborative environment to foster high performance. Document processes, project changes, and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the aerospace or defense industries. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong skills in cost estimation and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
