Program Manager – Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R)

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and IP&R transformation programs.
• Drive inventory optimization, demand forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain planning initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams, program roadmaps, governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, Operations, IT, Data, and business leadership.
• Oversee system implementations, testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Track KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, stock availability, and working capital.
• Lead executive stakeholder communications, steering committee meetings, and benefits realization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Supply Chain Transformation.
• Strong expertise in Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R).
• Hands-on understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, safety stock, replenishment strategies, and supply chain planning.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and enterprise system implementations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication skills.
