Job description
Tasks
- Lead permanent housing programs that help individuals and families achieve lasting housing stability.
- Oversee daily operations, supervise and coach staff, monitor program outcomes, and ensure quality services and contract compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of housing or related program leadership
- 1+ year of nonprofit supervisory or administrative experience
- 1–2 years of case management with homeless populations
- HMIS experience and strong staff supervision skills
- Bachelor’s in Social/Human Services or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
Schedule
- Full-Time • Exempt
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call duties may be required.
Pay
- $70,304 annually
