Program Manager – Product Creation (RAPID)

Tasks

• Lead program roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate business, product, engineering, and offshore development teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive status reports.
• Align business requirements with technical priorities.
• Support security reviews, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track delivery outcomes and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and backlog management.
• Experience managing distributed teams across North America and offshore locations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with technology delivery, product development, or retail projects.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, cloud platforms, PMP, or SAFe is an advantage.
