Program Supervisor, Residential Rehabilitation

About the role

Sheppard Pratt’s Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) supports individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. The team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more. This role manages program areas, service delivery, and staff supervision.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., with on-call flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement clients’ direct support service needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Monitor the program budget.
• Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, support systems, and partner service providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
• On-call flexibility is required.
