Programmer/Analyst III (Senior)

About the role

Design, develop, and support contact center integrations and Agentic AI capabilities within Huntington’s Genesys ecosystem.

Tasks

• Develop and configure Genesys Cloud call flows, IVR, intelligent routing, and telephony integrations.
• Design and develop REST APIs and integration services using JSON and OAuth.
• Integrate AI platforms and virtual assistants with enterprise customer servicing systems.
• Build secure integrations for customer authentication, card services, transaction reviews, fraud servicing, and dispute workflows.
• Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and AI governance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of Genesys Cloud development experience
• Strong REST API, JSON, and OAuth expertise
• Experience with C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, and Azure Integration Services
• Knowledge of SIP, telephony, and contact center technologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Preferred: Experience with AI integrations and LLM-based platforms.
