Job description
About the role
The Programs Coordinator supports the development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of educational, recreational, social, and wellness programs that enhance the quality of life of Saskatoon Housing Authority (SHA) tenants.
The primary focus of the position is the coordination and delivery of the Tenant Education Program (TEP).
Tasks
- Plan and deliver tenant education, wellness, and community programs.
- Promote tenant engagement, wellbeing, independence, and housing stability.
- Build partnerships and connect tenants with community supports and services.
- Support positive tenant relations through communication, mediation, and problem-solving.
- Manage program planning, budgets, grants, reporting, and recordkeeping.
