Project Analyst

Tasks

• Support program planning, milestone tracking, dashboards, status reporting, and governance documentation across a large-scale global transformation initiative.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and risk/issue logs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
• Prepare weekly status reports and executive/steering committee presentations.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, program leadership, and external partners.
• Track deliverables, data migration, cutover planning, and deployment readiness.
• Support multiple workstreams and global stakeholders across regions.

Requirements

• Work Authorization: OPT | GC | GC EAD | USC | H4 EAD
• Hands-on experience is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of Business Analysis, Project Analysis, or Project Management experience.
• Experience with; Smartsheet or Asana is a plus.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
• PMO, global transformation, or program support experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Chicago-based candidates who can work onsite 3 days per week are required.

Schedule

• Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
• 1099 only
• No C2C

Pay

• $30/hr on 1099
