💼 About the RoleThe Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in various tasks related to the planning and coordination of technology projects.
🛠️ ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and project documentation.Track deliverables and coordinate testing activities with clients.Prepare meeting minutes, weekly reports, and resource tracking.Document business needs, lessons learned, and internal improvement opportunities.Gather, communicate, and follow up on client needs related to new requirements.
🎓 RequirementsFinal-semester student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (Mandatory)1 year of experience. (Mandatory)English level B2+ (Mandatory)
🧠 Required SkillsResource managementStakeholder managementAssertive communicationProject management methodologiesExperience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, and PlannerProactivity
