About the role
Csinc is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project operations and help ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities and site operations.
- Assist engineers with project planning and implementation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and deliverables.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
- Assign technical requirements and specifications.
- Perform basic technical tasks and troubleshooting when needed.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.
- Help ensure projects are completed according to schedule and specifications.
Requirements
- Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination or engineering projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or civil technicalities.
- Able to perform basic technical tasks related to the project.
- Familiar with project documentation and site coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Willing to work on-site and coordinate with project teams.
- Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila.
- Can start ASAP.
